PFM Italy, the adventure will continue!

The cooperation between the Italian Army and CNIM Systèmes Industriels continues.

CNIM Systèmes Industriels has been awarded the contract to re-engine the PFM that equip the Italian Forces.

The Motorized Floating Bridge (PFM) is already in service with the “Arma del Genio”, with 1,100 meters of bridges delivered between 1992 and 2000. After almost 30 years of service, our teams will be carrying out a number of modernization operations on the PFM F1. The installation of more powerful engines and the adaptation of some other equipment will guarantee improved crossing capacity, even in strong water currents.

CNIM Systèmes Industriels, a privileged partner of NATO Engineering, will also provide the training of operators.
